Meatless Chili Soup Recipe
Yield: 4 Servings

1 15 Oz can garbanzo beans
|
-chili peppers
|
|
1 15 Oz can red kidney beans
|
1 med. onion, chopped
|
|
1 14 1/2 Oz Can Whole kernel corn
|
1 Tsp chili powder
|
|
-with sweet Peppers, Drained
|
1/8 Tsp garlic powder
|
|
1 10 Oz can tomatoes with green
|
1/4 Tsp crushed red peppers
|
First, rinse and drain canned beans. Stir together garbanzo beans, kidney beans, beef broth, corn, undrained tomatoes, onion, chili powder, garlic powder, red pepper, and 1/8 tsp. pepper in large saucepan.
Lastly, Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. To serve, ladle soup into soup bowls.
